The Penfield Business Association is pleased to recognize Home & Heart of Penfield as the July Business of the Month.
Home & Heart of Penfield opened in 1999 as one St. Ann’s Community Adult Day Centers. It is located at the Church of the Incarnation at 1957 Five-Mile Line Road. The Center provides quality supervision, socialization, recreation and support services to older adults and persons with disabilities.
Home & Heart of Penfield has been a member of the Penfield Business Association for several years. Adults at the Center generously created flowers for the PBA Independence Day Parade float in 2009 and this year.
