  Join the PBC & PTSA for our Annual Job Fair at Penfield High School!  Take advantage of this opportunity to meet and speak to students regarding potential summer employment and internships for your business! You will be able to talk to students about your business and its services, as well as what possible future career opportunities are available! PBC members will be provided with a table to represent their business/organization but will need to bring their own signage, promotional materials, etc. This Job Fair will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 9:50 AM to 12:45 PM at Penfield High School, 25 High School Drive, Penfield, NY. **Set-up begins at 9:30 AM THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND, but PBC member businesses MUST register and commit to the event for the duration of the event. **Please note you will need to bring your license to check in**

• Penfield Symphony Orchestra presents Americans in Paris!

  The Penfield Symphony Orchestra will present a concert, “Americans in Paris,” with an allusion to the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris. On May 13, 2024, the fourth concert of the PSO’s 68th season will be led by guest conductor Dr. Jared Chase.

  The concert will feature music of Arnaud, Williams, Boyer, Boulanger, Dukas, and Gershwin. Julian Chumacero, violin, our Jo Amish Young Artist Competition Winner, also will perform the first movement, Andantino, from Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in D major, Op. 19. 

  Time: 7:30 p.m.

  Locations: Penfield High School Auditorium, located at 25 High School Drive in Penfield, New York.

  Tickets can be purchased online at www.penfieldsymphony.org, by phone at 585-872-0774, and at the door on the night of the concert. Tickets cost $15 for adults. For students of any age with a student ID, $1. Group rates are available for parties of six or more.

  WHERE: Penfield Community Recreation Center located at 1985 Baird Road

  For those who might be new to PENFEST, it's a vibrant family-friendly community event held at the Penfield Community Recreation Center on Friday, June 14th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Admission is free for all, so save the date and spread the word!

  Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting 68 local businesses, offering information and products, and this year, we're aiming for an even bigger turnout.

  With approximately 1,000 attendees, being a Vendor at PENFEST presents a fantastic opportunity to showcase and support the businesses that make our community thrive.

  Entertainment will be provided by Bach to Rock, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. It's also a chance to discover new local favorites and connect with fellow community members.

  For those interested in becoming a Vendor at PENFEST, here are the pricing details:

  Early Bird Sign-Up:

  • Members/Nonprofit: $50
  • Non-Members: $100

  The Early Bird sign-up deadline is Wednesday, May 1st. After this date, prices will be as follows:

  • Members/Nonprofit: $75
  • Non-Members: $125

  The size of the space will be 12X12 so you can plan accordingly!

  Registration Deadline is June 7th!

  With an expected attendance of approximately 1,000 attendees, PENFEST offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your business to the local community.

  Here are the benefits of becoming a PENFEST Sponsor:
