    This community-based seminar is open and suited to first time and "first time in a long time" homebuyers.  Kevin LoCicero will explain Credit, including fundamentals of a credit report, and the loan application process.  Anyone considering buying a home in the near future should find this information of use to them.
     
    Kevin M. LoCicero joined Tompkins Bank of Castile in 2017 as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario Counties. His primary responsibilities include business development and marketing
    initiatives to promote the Bank?s residential loan products with the goal focused on total quality satisfaction. Kevin?s offices are at 179 Sully?s Trail, Suite 200, and 3140 Monroe Avenue in Pittsford.
